If you also want to be found properly on Google, the Starter package is £495. It includes the website, your Google Business Profile set up, the local SEO foundations and 30 days of support. The Growth System is £995 and adds lead capture, email follow-up sequences, a monthly performance report and 90 days of support. Bigger automation projects are priced per project, after the free audit.
Three things move a website up from the £175 minimum.
The first is size. A one-page site for a trade or a studio is quicker to build than a site with a page for every service and every town you cover.
The second is what the site has to do. Taking bookings, showing a menu with pre-orders, or selling products online all add work. A full online shop takes about two weeks rather than three days.
The third is the words and the pictures. If you send me your own photographs and the facts about your business, the site comes together faster. If the words need writing from scratch, that takes longer, and I tell you before I start.
You own the code, the content and the domain. No monthly fee is needed to keep the site live, and if you ever want someone else to work on it, you take it with you.
Hosting for a site like this can cost nothing at all, because the pages are fast static files. Your domain name renews once a year with the registrar, in your name.
