About

One person.
Sevenoaks, Kent.

Conversion Forge is not an agency floor. It is me, Tk, and a stack of systems I built so that a small business can get the same machinery a big one buys, without the monthly bill.

There is no account manager.
There is just me.

My name is Tk. I was born in South Africa and I live in Sevenoaks. I left my job in pursuit of a way to be a more present father while still providing for my family, and to find the work life balance I actually wanted. The reward I get is giving small businesses prices they can afford at the level they are at right now.

I kept seeing the same thing. The word of mouth well tends to dry up, and the local business tends to miss out on making the most of its online reputation to get attention. So I set out to give small businesses the best way to contend with big businesses and even bigger budgets. Nothing I build is out of range, and you do not do it alone.

When you talk to Conversion Forge, you are talking to me. I answer the first message, I run the discovery call, I build the thing, and I am the one you shout at if it breaks. There is no team to hide behind and no junior learning on your money.

Built once. Handed over.
Yours to keep.

Most agencies rent you a website. Stop paying, and it goes dark. I build the system, put your name on it, and give you the keys: the code, the accounts, the passwords, the lot. If you never speak to me again, everything I built keeps running.

The work itself is unglamorous and specific. Getting a business to show up on Google Maps when someone nearby is searching for it. Building a site that turns a visitor into a booking instead of an award. Rewriting an eBay listing so it actually gets found. Setting up the outreach that fills a quiet week.

I use a lot of automation to do it, which is why the prices are what they are. That is the honest reason. It is not magic and I am not going to dress it up as magic.

Real businesses.
Most of them down the road.

A barber shop in Sevenoaks. A personal trainer. A car dealer. A Jamaican restaurant. A jewellery seller doing 240 product variations on eBay. These are not logos I bought the right to display. They are people whose sites I built and whose numbers I can show you, and several of them are a short walk from my front door.

The numbers on the results page come from the platforms that produced them, not from a spreadsheet I made up. If a figure cannot be traced back to Search Console, eBay Seller Hub, or Instagram Insights, it does not go on the page.

Some of the work did not go to plan, and where that happened I say so on the case study rather than quietly leaving it out. An agency that has never had a bad month is an agency that is lying to you.

Four things I will not move on.

You own it. Every engagement ends with a handover folder. Source code, content, accounts, credentials. No hostage situations.

No retainer unless you want one. You pay for a thing, you get the thing. If you want me to keep improving it afterwards, that is a separate conversation and it is your choice, not a condition.

Every number is traceable. If I cannot show you where a figure came from, I will not use it.

I tell you when something will not work. Including when the thing you are asking me to sell you is the wrong thing to buy. I would rather lose the sale than build you something that quietly fails for a year.

Have a look at your own business
the way Google sees it.

The free audit is exactly what it says. I look at what a customer finds when they search for a business like yours, and I tell you where you are losing the job. There is no obligation and no sales sequence waiting on the other side of it.

If it turns out you do not need me, I will say that too.
