Leads that arrive while you are working, from systems you own.

Lead generation for Sevenoaks and Kent small businesses: Google Business Profile, lead capture on your own site, follow-up sequences and routing to your phone or inbox. Built once, handed over.

Where small-business leads actually come from

For a local business the leads come from three places, and none of them is a mystery. The Google Business Profile, where a search turns into a call, a direction request, a message or a booking. Your own website, with a form or a booking link that lands in your inbox. And outreach, sent on a fixed cadence, where every new thread starts with a human saying yes.

I build all three so they work while you are working. The systems are yours when they are done.

The honest limitation first: a lead is not a customer until they turn up. I measure to the booking, and I ask for your turn-up numbers, because that is where most small businesses leak.

Capture on your own site, not a rented form

The form lives on your domain and delivers to your inbox or your phone. The list is yours. If a platform changes its terms or its prices, your leads do not go with it.

There is nothing to log into and nothing to renew. A lead arrives as an email or a message, the way you already work.

Follow-up that happens without you

Most leads go cold because nobody wrote back a second time. The follow-up sequence runs on days 3, 7, 14 and 21, and it stops the moment someone replies.

Every message passes a plain-language check, so it reads like a person wrote it, because a person did. Sends are spaced so no inbox provider flags them. Nothing goes out on a new thread without a human approving the first message.

The part most agencies skip: what happens after the lead

A lead with nowhere to go is a phone number in a spreadsheet. So I build the step after the lead as part of the system.

For Jerkeez 876 that step is pre-orders for collection on jerkeez.co.uk. For Pilates Realm it is a booking flow on pilatesrealm.com. For Chaplins Barbers it is booking by WhatsApp from chaplinsofsevenoaks.co.uk. In each case the lead has a next action that the business can fulfil the same day.

A limitation, stated early

I can build the capture, the follow-up and the booking step. I cannot make people turn up. I measure to the booking and ask you for the turn-up numbers, and if the gap between the two is wide, that is the next thing we fix, together, not something I hide in a report.

How it starts

The free website audit at conversionforge.co.uk/free-audit looks at your Google Business Profile, your current forms and any outreach you already run, and shows where leads are being lost.

If you want the system built, you email hello@weareconversionforge.uk and we agree the scope. When it is done, it is handed over, and it is yours.

Questions people ask

Where do the leads arrive?

In your own inbox or on your phone, from a form on your own domain; the list is yours.

What does the follow-up look like?

Plain messages on days 3, 7, 14 and 21 that stop the moment the person replies, with a human approving the start of every new thread.

Will it look like spam?

No; every message passes a plain-language check and sends are spaced so inbox providers do not flag them.

Do I need to learn new software?

No; leads come to the email and phone you already use, and the booking step uses tools you already know, such as WhatsApp.

How do you measure it?

To the booking, not the enquiry, and I ask you for the turn-up numbers so we both see where the leak is.
